Every paid plan removes the watermark and raises the render limit; export formats are tiered — Creator adds PNG stills and carousels, while PowerPoint and HTML embed arrive on Pro and above. Each card lists exactly what it includes, and no plan changes what the product will let you claim about your data.

How do the limits work?

What is a render minute?
One minute of finished video in your export. A 30-second MP4 uses 30 seconds of the monthly allowance — the length of what you export is what counts, never how long our servers take to produce it. So Creator's 60 minutes is, for example, forty 90-second videos a month.
When render minutes reset
On the 1st of each calendar month (UTC) — not on your billing date. Minutes don't roll over.
What happens when you run out
New video exports are refused until the reset or an upgrade, and we tell you how many minutes are left. Nothing is deleted and your stories stay editable. Only video formats (MP4, GIF) draw down the minutes — any stills or embed formats your plan includes keep working.
Overages
There aren't any. You can't run up a bill you didn't choose — exceeding the cap blocks the render rather than charging you for it.
Watermarks
Free exports carry a Furlen watermark. Every paid plan removes it. The watermark is applied at render time on the server, so the plan on the account decides it — not the browser.
Support
Email support@furlen.pro and a human replies — we aim to get back to you within 1 business day. Security reports go to security@furlen.pro and we aim to acknowledge within 24 hours. These are response targets we hold ourselves to, not a contractual SLA. We would rather tell you what we actually do than sell you a guarantee we cannot keep. Need a contractual SLA, or a DPA? What should you check before you upgrade?

What the AI sees

A summary of your data — column names, the statistics we compute, and the insights we detect, not your raw cells — is what the AI drafts the narrative from. Every number in the story is then recomputed from your source rows before export, so Furlen never ships a figure it can’t verify.

Your data stays yours

Spreadsheets are processed to build your story, not sold or shared. Read the full details in our Privacy Policy.

Exports you own

Videos, carousels, decks, and embeds you export are yours to use, including commercially. Paid plans remove the Furlen watermark.

Cancel anytime

Manage or cancel your plan from Settings. You keep paid features through the period you’ve already paid for.

Billing

Choose monthly or annual billing in USD — annual pays 12 months up front for 10% off. Taxes, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you confirm.
